Tina Valiant has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 20 years. Ms. Valiant started her team in Phoenix, AZ in 2017 after selling 42 homes her first year in real estate in AZ. Her team was not having the same success as her and she took that personally. Ms. Valiant made it her mission to create a training platform for her team that would lead them to the same success she had. She created the 16 Steps to Real Estate Success for them and then began adding in Personality Profiling, Overcoming Objections and Closing Sequences, and her Listing Presentation Made Simple in order to help her team have a simple sales process to follow. What happened next was amazing! Her team, mostly comprised of brand new agents, began selling homes like crazy, so much so that they won four awards in 2018 for top units sold in their area!

Ms. Valiant decided that real estate professionals are lacking one huge tool, corporate level sales training with an emphasis on the psychology of sales. She took her training and wrote it into a book. She began offering two day workshops on her content all over the country. Unfortunately, because of lack of accountability and the ability to ask continued questions, some of the agents that took the two day workshop did not have the same success as those that had somebody propelling them forward.
